Information we may receive
If production form submission is enabled, a technical enquiry may include company, country, name/role, work email, seamer maker/model, can/end information, tooling requirement, qualification needs and other non-confidential technical text you choose to provide.
Public file upload is disabled at launch. Do not submit confidential OEM drawings, restricted BOM/AVL data, proprietary process information or other material you are not authorized to disclose.
Why we use enquiry data
We use enquiry information to review the request, assess sourcing or technical feasibility, respond to the sender, keep relevant business correspondence, and protect the enquiry channel from misuse or spam.
Service providers
This site is hosted on Netlify. If online form submission is enabled, Netlify Forms is used as the form processor and may process submitted data as part of hosting and form delivery.
Retention
Enquiry and related business correspondence is generally retained for up to 24 months from the last meaningful business interaction. Retention may be extended where reasonably necessary for an active contract, legal obligation or dispute. A reasonable deletion request will be honored where no other retention obligation applies.
Analytics and cookies
No non-essential analytics or advertising cookies are planned for the initial launch. If this changes, the site privacy information should be updated before those tools are enabled.
