First-operation rolls
Deep, narrow forming-groove tooling reviewed separately from the second operation.
A focused technical entry point for replacement seaming chucks, first-operation rolls, second-operation rolls and matched tooling sets—reviewed against the machine, can, end and available tooling reference.
Concept graphic — not a dimensional drawing or OEM profile.
The site is intentionally narrow: the products stay together because they share the same buyer, procurement task and qualification workflow.
Deep, narrow forming-groove tooling reviewed separately from the second operation.
Shallower tightening / flattening tooling with its own profile and acceptance inputs.
Chuck profile, wall geometry, end fitment, material and wear condition.
Chuck + first-operation + second-operation tooling reviewed as one application set when appropriate.
A replacement enquiry can begin with routine wear, damage, a can/end change, format changeover or a seam investigation. Tooling is one variable in the system—not the only one.
Existing roll grooves or chuck surfaces show wear, damage, loss of finish or dimensional change.
A different can diameter, end geometry or material may require a fresh tooling review rather than assumption-based reuse.
A seam issue can justify checking tooling condition and profile, while machine setup and container variables remain part of the diagnosis.
Start with non-confidential inputs. Escalate to samples, drawings or detailed measurements only after the project and data-sharing basis are reviewed.
A model name alone is not enough for a responsible replacement review. The minimum schema is designed to capture the variables that actually define the application.
Public drawing upload is not enabled. The first step is a structured, non-confidential review of equipment, container, tooling and qualification needs.
